The charger has short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, overtemperature protection, and low-voltage protection. Protection:


 
1.Overtemperature protection: This feature ensures that the charger does not operate at excessively high temperatures, which could potentially damage the charger or the connected devices. When the charger's temperature exceeds 105°C, it will automatically shut down to protect itself. During the shutdown, no current output will be provided. The charger can be resumed once the temperature drops to around 80°C or after approximately ten minutes of being powered off.
2.Short-circuit protection: In the event of an unexpected short circuit in the charger's output, the charger will automatically turn off its output to prevent any damage. The short circuit needs to be eliminated by correcting the connection. Once the short circuit is resolved and the connection is correct, the charger will automatically resume charging.
3.Reverse polarity protection: This protection mechanism safeguards against improper polarity connections. If the charger's positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly when charging, the charger will automatically turn off its output. To rectify this, the polarity must be correctly connected. Once the correct polarity connection is established, the charger will automatically resume charging.
4.Low-voltage protection: This feature prevents the charger from initiating the charging process when the battery's single cell voltage falls below 1.5V. By not starting the charging process, the charger protects both itself and the connected device from potential damage caused by voltage mismatches between the battery and the charger.
 
 
 
Operation:


 
Step 1: Check the current voltage of the battery to be charged.
Step 2: Whether the output voltage of the charger matches.
Step 3: Connect the charger and the battery to be charged correctly as required.
Step 4: Check that the mains voltage matches the charger's rated input voltage.
Step 5: Connect the power and connect the battery, observe whether the indicator light is on, and whether the cooling fan is working when charging.

Q: Why is the current getting smaller and smaller?The current is not 30A.
A: Charging principle: pulse. Pulse can protect the battery and prolong its service life.
