ZW20-12 boundary load switch is the three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage switchgear is mainly used for 10kV outdoor distribution systems in agricultural and urban networks. It is used for load switching, load breaking, overload current, short circuit current, and similar applications.
The overall structure is a three-phase common box type, consisting of operating mechanism, conductive circuit, insulation system, sealing elements, and housing.
It is equipped with a corresponding intelligent remote terminal to meet the requirements of distribution automation applications.
• When combined with an intelligent controller with GSM SMS function, it becomes the ZW20-12(Z) outdoor intelligent high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker.
• When combined with a sectionalizer controller, it becomes the ZW20-12(F) outdoor sectionalizer high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker.
Characteristics of the controller:
Intelligent terminal controllers have functions such as protection, automatic control, inspection/query, communication, and software management.

Application:
1.Disconnecting Switch and Contact Switch: The ZW20-12(F) circuit breaker can be used as a disconnecting switch or contact switch in the ring network configuration of power distribution systems. It enables the opening and closing of circuits during maintenance or fault conditions.
2.Automatic Switch Device: It serves as an automatic switch device, allowing for the implementation of load switching in the ring network configuration. This feature enhances the flexibility and efficiency of power distribution.
3.Boundary Switch: In branch lines of the power supply, the ZW20-12(F) circuit breaker can function as a boundary switch or "watchdog." It helps in monitoring and protecting the branch line against faults and abnormal conditions.
4.Recloser and Sectionalizer: The circuit breaker can operate as a recloser and sectionalizer in overhead distribution networks. It automatically restores power after temporary faults and isolates faulty sections to minimize the impact of outages.
Feature:
1.Strong ability to withstand pollution, high and low temperature resistance, and no combustion or explosion hazards.
2.Fully enclosed structure, filled with SF6 gas in the enclosure, excellent sealing performance, suitable for use in high-temperature and humid areas.
3.Equipped with a current transformer (CT) for outputting current to the intelligent controller for information analysis. The transformation ratio is adjustable, and the connection terminals can be connected to the corresponding terminal sockets.
