Product Description:


 

ZW20-12(F) outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is three phase AC 50Hz outdoor HV switchgear is mainly used for rural and urban 10 kV outdoor distribution network, as a separate and combined load current, overload current, short circuit current and other similar places.

Its whole structure is a three-phase common box type, which is composed of an operating mechanism, a conductive circuit, an insulating system, a sealing element and a shell.

And it is supporting the corresponding intelligent remote terminals to meet the application needs of distribution automation.

Characteristics of the controller:


 

1.It can be equipped with a 485/232 communication interface, or achieve long-distance monitoring through fiber optics or wireless communication. After reclosing, it has an acceleration function: when the switch recloses due to a permanent fault.

2.When a permanent fault occurs, it automatically accelerates to trip.

3.Remote control/manual reclosing with acceleration to trip, and reclosing interlock: After the user repairs the line and restores power, if they forget to remove the grounding knife switch, it should accelerate to trip.

4.The delay time for reclosing can be adjusted for all three attempts.

5.The trip/reclosing circuit is designed to prevent false operation and has anti-reclosing functionality.

6.Zero-sequence current can differentiate between faults inside and outside the zone.

7.The remote control trip/reclosing adopts a design to prevent false operation.

Structure:

The controller has four input analog channels: Phase A current, Phase C current, zero-sequence current, and Phase BC voltage. The controller monitors the values of these analog inputs in real-time and compares them with set values to determine line faults and initiate corresponding actions.
